Our Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. Here's how we handle appointment changes.
24 HOUR NOTICE
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled cleaning appointment.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service cost.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS
Same day cancellations may be charged a 100% fee of the scheduled service cost.
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
Fees may be waived for illness, severe weather, or unforeseen emergencies.
